The Hangover Juice – Calcium and magnesium are both obtained from cauliflower and broccolii.  This combination can assist avoid and lessen headaches. Take 1 cup of Cauliflower, 1 Apple and 1 cup of Broccoli. Add all three ingrediants into your electric juicer and blend well.

The Body purifier healthy juice recipe- Take 3 parts of Apple with 1 part of Ginger and 3 parts of Carrot. The key benefits of this strong juice include recovery of the body, fine for cold and bright skin.

Take  2 full Apples,1 cup of Milk, 1 part Bitter Gourd add to your juicer and enjoy.

*Pineapple juice: Ingredients: Pineapple pieces,small quantity of milk and ice water.  The rind of the pineapple must be removed, and the pineapple must be made into pieces .Mix all the pieces in the juicer and pouring smaller quantities of milk adds an extra taste to the serving.

*Watermelon juice: Ingredients:watermelon pieces,ice water    Watermelon juice is comparably easier because, the fruit itself contains larger amounts of water fluids.Pour all the ingredients into the juicer and stir it.

*Apple juice: Ingredients: Pieces of apple, pinch of salt and cracked ice    As the apple contains the peculiar element that gives a different taste, a pinch of salt must be added to the pices of apple and ice in the juicer.Serve the apple juice chilled.

*Mango juice: Ingredients: 2 or 3 mangoes, milk and ice cubes.   Mangoes are to be cleaned thoroughly as they contain some toxic substances at the end. ice cubes and smaller quantities of milk must be added and must be blended in the blender to form the homogenous mango juice.

*Carrot juice: Ingredients: Carrots,milk and ice water  The carrots have to be cleaned well and must be peeled to avoid any toxic substances present on the surface. The pieces must be blended with little amount of milk and ice water. Honey can be added for taste.

*Beetroot and cucumber juice:  Ingredients: pieces of beetroot and carrots, milk, honey All the three ingredients must be blended, stirred well to get a homogenous fluid.Honey reduces the bitterness of carrot and also acts as anti-oxidant.

Each and every healthy juice can treat and handle the health  problems of an individual.These are some common and most incidental benefits from some of the juices.

==Orange juice:  An anti-carcinogen, fights against the cancerous elements in the body.

==Pineapple juice:  Most famously known as natural fat burner and known to rejuvenate the body.

==Carrot juice:  Responsible for bringing up the vitamin A and improves vision. Strengthens the gums and teeth and improves  appetite.

==Beetroot juice:  Improves the blood levels and hemoglobin content in the blood.Beetroot juice cleanses the body,and makes all the organs coordinated manner.

==Cucumber juice:  It is mostly used as diuretic. cucumber reduces the fat levels  and improves the conditioning of the digestive system.
